Kenapa tubuh kita perlukan vitamin @ supplemen?
Here we go..this is my listing,why do we need supplements?
→10 reasons why we need vitamins.
1. Vitamins are substance needed
by our bodies
*untuk melancarkan segala fungsi
sistem bdan kita. Vitamin di
dapati dalam makanan kita
*sejauh mna badan kita dapat
absorb vitamin dari makanan
kita?
2. Our foods - vegetables & fruits
might be exposed to new
agriculture techniques.
*buah2 & sayuran mungkin
terdedah kepada racun perosak
@ baja sintetik
3. Many fruits and vegetables are
genetically bred to improve visual
appeal and crop yields, not
nutritional value, which frequently
results in lesser nutritional values.
*utk cantikkan sayur & buah
menjadikan manusia tidak
sihat. :'( sobs..sobs..
4. The depletions of vitamins during
the process of shipping & storage
*zat makanan juga hilang
semasa proses penyediaan
makanan tersebut. Bayangkan
kehilangan zat semasa proses
tersebut? Apa yang tubuh kita
dapat ek?
5. Lacking of vitamins may causes
weaknesses and illness to our
bodies.
*keletihan?kelesuan?mudah
jatuh sakit?
6. Bad eating habits? Insufficient
chewing of food & eating on the
run?
*McD, KFC, Pizza?? Makan di
luar? Sejauh mna penggunaan
MSG, garam & gula?
7. Less exercise?? Too bad..
*Dgn rutin senaman selama
hampir 2 tahun sya berjaya
hilangkan 30kg
8. Stress with lifestyle
*stress may lead to other serious
disease such as high blood
pressure,heart problems,
diabetes..kita masih muda,
ketepikan semua penyakit ini
pls!
9. Specific times in lifes and health
conditions
*Cth : i. wanita mengandung
perlukan asid folik.
ii. wanita memerlukan
kolagen tambahan
ketika berusia awal
30an.
10. Many nutrients have been
proven clinically to aid in the
treatments of healt conditions
like high cholestrol level, birth
defect and cancer.
*kajian & R&D di lakukan dan di
iktiraf..so apa lg yg di tunggu?
